We can produce prototype or production pistons from a wide range of processes and materials.
Billet machined pistons: Custom low volume applications and new engine development programs
Production cast or forged pistons: Low-to-mid volume pistons from all manufacturing processes are produced in our facility. High volume piston are produced to our design by one of our manufacturing partners.
Machining Services
We can machine pistons from forgings or castings supplied by our customers to support:
New engine development programs, prototype engine builds, rework of existing pistons, engineering development builds, service pistons, custom variations of a production piston.
